the breakfast WAS adequate, nothing special but acceptable.
The air conditioning DID not work well. The room remained hot even with it on maximum. it was a SERIOUS issue because I could not get comfortable temperature. THIS.

The room was spacious and very clean. I liked that. i found a fridge and kettle there, very useful. the spa is very accessible. It uses a connected corridor. the breakfast choice was extensive.
one day, the room service forgot my mineral WATER. this was a minor inconvenience, of course. the staff addressed it quickly.

The location on the island is peaceful. It is away from city noice. bus 26 stops close to the hotel. It gives you transport to city center. you can walk along the river.

The staff proved helpful. Breakfast tasted great. I liked the thermal pools.
The room seemed tiny and styled with a dated, cheap design. Online photos exaggerate the room's appeal. Ceiling lights did not function in my room, and despite reporting this to the reception, they remained unfixed for two days until I left. I felt very inconvenienced.
